Agreement
By accessing or using WarmLine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including those on a free trial.
The Service
WarmLine provides an autonomous AI-powered sales development representative (SDR) platform that finds prospects, sends personalized outreach emails, handles replies, and books meetings on behalf of subscribing businesses.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee a specific number of meetings booked, email open rates, reply rates, or revenue generated. Results vary based on your ICP, product, market, and factors outside our control.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WarmLine only for lawful B2B outreach. You must not:
- Use WarmLine to send spam or unsolicited consumer (B2C) emails
- Target individuals who have not provided business contact information
- Use deceptive subject lines, false sender identities, or misleading content
- Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, or other applicable email laws
- Attempt to circumvent or abuse our systems, rate limits, or infrastructure
- Resell or white-label the Service without written authorization
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy of the ICP and campaign information you provide
- Ensuring your outreach complies with laws applicable to your business and jurisdiction
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
Subscription and Billing
WarmLine offers monthly subscriptions starting at $299/month. Billing occurs on the same day each month. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
Free trials last 14 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Intellectual Property
WarmLine and its underlying technology are owned by Polsia, Inc. You retain ownership of the content you provide (your ICP, campaign briefs, brand voice). You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our platform.
Data and Privacy
Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated here by reference.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmLine's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We are not liable for actions taken by prospects in response to outreach emails sent on your behalf.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WarmLine and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.
Termination
Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time. We may terminate or suspend access immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections on limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under JAMS rules, except you may bring claims in small claims court.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will provide 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
